Stamnaki Roditis 2023

A bright, clean Roditis made with low intervention methods to highlight the variety’s natural freshness. Grown in sandy clay soils at high altitude and harvested by hand, the fruit is pressed gently with no skin contact and fermented in stainless steel for a crisp, straightforward style. Light, easy and citrus driven, this is an approachable white meant for everyday drinking.
