In her private practice, she blends talk therapy and body-based approaches to help clients navigate challenges, connect with their inner resources, and create lasting change.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHer work recently expanded into birthwork after her twin sister asked her to be her doula—a request that opened her eyes to the profound joys, challenges, and complexities of birth. Now in ongoing training as a birth doula, she is passionate about advocating for babies, parents, families, and the birthworkers who serve them, including doulas, midwives, and other perinatal and postpartum professionals.
