Carbonic Pinot Noir 2025

Fruit forward and unlike any Pinot Noir you've tasted before. This wine has 7 to 10 days of Carbonic Maceration. Quoted from The Marigny themselves: "Pinot going to the costume party dressed as Beaujolais Nouveau", we couldn't have said it better ourselves!.
