Pregnancy is an exciting time and brings with it a multitude of questions and concerns. Whether this is your first baby or your third, come connect with others in this significant experience of growing a person and becoming a parent.

IMPORTANT IN-PERSON POLICY: If health and safety concerns warrant it (uptick in COVID-19 infection, poor air quality due to wild fires, etc) all in-person classes may be moved to a virtual format.
